48-Hour Cancellation Rule

Cancellations must be requested MORE THAN 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.If you do not cancel within this timeframe, your cleaning will proceed as scheduled and no refund will be issued.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

Use Online Cancellation (Recommended)

Log into your account and click the "Cancel Booking" button. If more than 48 hours remain before your appointment, the system will accept your cancellation and process a full refund.

System Automatically Enforces 48-Hour Rule

If your appointment is within 48 hours, the cancellation button will be disabled and you'll see a message explaining the policy. Cancellations cannot be processed within 48 hours of your appointment.

Receive Confirmation

Upon successful cancellation, you'll receive immediate confirmation on the website and a confirmation email. Keep this for your records.

Automatic System Enforcement

Our system automatically enforces the 48-hour cancellation rule:

✓ More than 48 hours before appointment:

Cancellation button is enabled. System accepts your cancellation and processes a full refund.

✗ Within 48 hours of appointment:

Cancellation button is disabled. System displays a message explaining that cancellations cannot be processed within 48 hours.

Note: The 48-hour window is strictly enforced by the system. If you attempt to cancel within 48 hours, your request will be automatically rejected. Your cleaning will proceed as scheduled.

Rescheduling Instead of Canceling

If you need to move your appointment to a different date or time:

  • More than 48 hours before: Rescheduling is free and subject to availability
  • Within 48 hours: Treated as cancellation with no refund

What Happens If You Don't Cancel

If you do not cancel your appointment:

  • Your cleaning will proceed as scheduled on the requested date and time
  • Our team will arrive at your location at the scheduled time
  • You will be charged the full booking price
  • If you are not available, we may charge a no-show fee

Policy Exceptions

Exceptions to the 48-hour cancellation policy may be granted in cases of:

  • Documented emergency or serious illness
  • Death or serious family emergency
  • Natural disaster or severe weather
  • Service provider cancellation

Exceptions require written documentation and approval from Super Swirl Cleaning Pro management.
